PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer tailored 1 on 1 training programs for individuals, these are built around your current goals and abilities. I'm not going to waffle here about them! Call me, I'll stick the kettle on and we'll see if Sharper Fitness is a good fit for you.


GROUP TRAINING
Built with challenge, intensity, variety, and a bit of craic in mind. Bootcamp is a very generic term, and perhaps for some that conjours up images of an Army Corporal shouting your ear off! Well you wont get that here, but you will leave knowing that you gave it socks baby.
You will be using dumbells, TRX, Kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, exercise balls, bands ...the list goes on, so I won't :)
So variety and intensity guaranteed!
